SHORT RESUME:

Dan's name is included on the list of "AMERICAN JAZZ TRUMPETERS," and he has toured extensively in Asia, Mexico, Canada, Europe and the United States, performing on the world stage with big bands, jazz combos and public touring acts since 1966.

LIVE PERFORMANCE:

As a soloist and/or section player, he has performed, toured and/or recorded with headliners such as Bob James, Maria Schneider, Wayne Newton, Frank Sinatra, Jr., Gladys Knight, Regis Philbin, Mel Tormé, Johnny Mathis, Linda Rondstadt, David Clayton Thomas, Aaron Neville, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Bobby Vinton, The Lettermen, Lawrence Welk show, Lala Brooks & The Crystals, Kenny Rogers, Billy Dean, Al Green, Jesus Christ Superstar road show, Woody Herman, Gene Krupa Orchestra, Rob McConnell, big band, Gerald Wilson orchestra, The U.S. Navy Band, various Los Angeles bands.

AWARDS & RECOGNITION

Dan received the award for "OUTSTANDING SOLOIST" at the Notre Dame Music Festival in 1968 and DOWNBEAT MAGAZINE wrote a positive review of his performance.

Dan was the featured jazz soloist on an award-winning CD entitled, "Adventure Accidentele" by vocalist/guitarist, Danielle Hebert. The CD won the Canadian Music Awards highest honor, "THE JUNO."
